1.customers are entitled to change or return the product within 7 (seven) days of the date of receipt. The shipping costs at this stage are our customers’.
2.the items to be returned and the items to be returned are the things that our customers should send back: The invoice, the gift box (if applicable) and the product warranty certificate.
3.for products without a warranty certificate, the invoice will replace the warranty certificate.
4.return cannot be carried out for products that are shipped without invoices and/or warranty certificates; in this case, the product will not be accepted and returned.
5.Products made with special orders, products that have been modified by customer’s finger and products that have been typed on them will not be returned, which will be compensated if there is any manufacturing error in these products.
6.the product to be returned must be completely undamaged. Any product that has been damaged or has been physically altered will not be returned.
7.after the return is received, the return conditions are reviewed by experts whether they have been met. If the return is approved, if the price of the products was paid using the order credit card within 7 days, it will be returned to the bank account if the credit card was issued via the wire transfer/EFT. Your return takes 1-4 weeks to reflect on your credit card account.
Warranty Terms
All products you receive from our Internet store are guaranteed for 1-2 years. In the event of any manufacturing error with the product during this period, OltutasiMarket guarantees free repair, overhaul or replacement of the product. Physical damage caused by user errors is not covered under warranty.
